ACSian Theatre: The Tempest
This production week has been the best time I've had, and I couldn't believe how optimistic I was about the week. Technical rehearsal on Tuesday was alright, full dress rehearsal on Wednesday was alright, and everything else was pretty smooth-sailing. I totally agreed with what Raj said in the last warmups with him on Saturday: this batch is the most consistent we've ever had. Kudos to everyone for the job well done.
Post-production party at Suraj's house was, as usual, an Indian affair (like, lots of bhangra music). Thanks to my nine remaining toes I was spared heavy partying. Daylight was seen after I slept in the armchair in the living room from 4am. There was a strange sense of nomalcy.
And it'll be back to school tomorrow.
