August Update:

Week 1
Preparing the write-ups for our School Graduation Certificates. I finished mine pretty early, thanks to Mrs Creffield's initiative to have us Drama members send her our Drama write-ups even before the school was briefed about the SGC.

Week 2
The National Day week. HAPPY NATIONAL DAY SINGAPORE! This week is also the last week before the Prelims. HORRORS!

Weeks 3 and 4
Majority of our papers for the Prelims span this two weeks. It wasn't all smooth-sailing, but lots of relief when we finished our second-to-last paper (Maths Paper 2) on Thursday of Week 4.

Week 5
Very happening week. Our last paper (1-hour Chemistry MCQ paper) happened on Tuesday. Wednesday was spent bowling and ice-skating with 2SA1 people. Me, ice skating?! It was fun, all in all, not only because I actually set foot on the skating rink, but because this is the first outing in months with lots of people. Thursday was for Teacher's Day Celebrations. Also quite fun. We also polled for the theme for Senior's Night. Went back to NHHS after that to meet the teachers. Really miss them. Got to watch Singapore Idol live that night. Cool or what?

Can't believe August is over. It's time to apply for scholarships!
